Do you come out at night and at weekends?
Yes. Emergency call-outs run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are stuck now, ring rather than using the form.
Can you help if I have lost every key?
Usually, yes. A new key can be cut and programmed at the car for most makes. Call with the registration and we will tell you straight away.
What do you need from me?
The registration, where the car is and what has happened. We will also ask to see ID that shows you are the registered keeper before we open or make a key for any car.
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends where you are and what is already booked in. Call and we will give you an honest time before we set off.
Which areas do you cover?
Anywhere within 40 miles of our base in Chelmsford. That covers all of Essex, most of Hertfordshire, south Suffolk as far as Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds, and Cambridge. If you are not sure, call and ask.
